The founding engineer in the Business Intelligence team, designed the architecture and setup all the infrastructures on cloud and on-premise from scratch which now handling multi-TB size data across multiple sources daily.

- KPI: Delivering analytical products used by 100+ employees daily resulted in a 100%+ increase in productivity. Uncovered insights that contributed to the company’s eight million USD growth in YouTube Premium revenue.

- Overseeing the data and platform engineering process such as system architecture, data modelling, ETL and data platform DevOps & CI/CD, integrating the infrastructures to cloud platform, optimising/building TBs size data warehouses and creating business intelligence tools and products like dashboards / web apps for all parts of the business to streamline and automate their workflow.

- Co-led data initiatives with external partners, including UMG, YouTube (Google), etc, to establish robust infrastructure and ensure the system architecture adhered to best practices and scalable design principles.

- Working closely with all parts of the business such as Social Media, Channels(YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, etc), Music, Finance, M&A, L&M, etc to help identify issues and use data to propose solutions for effective decision-making.

- Formulating strategic recommendations to the team based on gathered insights, identifying valuable data sources. Creating statistical models to allow complex analysis of data to answer business questions.

- APAC market enablement, supporting commercial and L&M in APAC. Worked closely with the APAC office and partners like Sanrio to design culturally-aligned solutions with scalable revenue impact.

- Utilising AI models (such as GPT, Gemini, etc) and designing experiments to merge, manage, interrogate and extract data to supply reports to increase work efficiency of the business.
